Bush, S.C., publishes three popular brochures, all revised in 2003, that are in use all over the country and are included in this office's popular Disability Kit..  These brochures are sold to lawyers in other states for use in their practices.  Samples are available for free.  Quantities are provided for free to Wisconsin social service agencies or any Wisconsin entity, e.g., hospitals, doctors' offices, that wants to make them available to clients.

    The blue brochure, "Social Security Disability and SSI Claims -- Your need for Representation," explains the valuable help a lawyer can provide in a disability case.  The maroon brochure, "Preparing for Your Social Security Disability or SSI Hearing," explains how a claimant can best prepare to testify at a disability hearing.  The green brochure, "Dealing with the Social Security Administration," sets forth rules for coping with SSA.
