Thomas E. Bush has represented claimants in social security disability cases since 1977.  He has spoken at seminars for lawyers and claimants about social security disability issues.  He is the author of Social Security Disability Practice, a practice manual for lawyers published by James Publishing, which has been referred to by one reviewer as “highly regarded by many practitioners, and for good reason.”  He is the author of three brochures written for claimants that are in use all over the country.

Attorney Bush is a member of the Council of Past Presidents of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives (NOSSCR), a nation-wide organization with more than three thousand members.  He was the president of NOSSCR in 1997-98.
